When and how will my order arrive?
Our products fall into 2 categories:
– Ready to ship: shipped within 2 business days (often same day if ordered before 12:00).
– Pre-order: 1–15 business days, always check product description.
– Need a more exact date? Write us at shop@epyclub.com or IG @epyclub. We reply within 24 h (working days).
– We deliver across the EU.
– Outside EU? Contact us.
– Tracking info will be sent by email.
How much is shipping?
– Depends on country & delivery method. Add to cart, enter your address and see available options.
– CZ/SK free shipping over 3500 CZK / 140 €.
How can I return or exchange an item?
– 30 days free returns via our RETURN FORM (click)
– For exchanges: return the item and place a new order
– ⚠️ Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
When will I get my money back?
- Within 14 days after we receive your returned package
What if my product arrives damaged?
– Email us with a photo and problem description
– If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a new item at our expense
How can I pay and is it safe?
– Card or cash on delivery (CZ/SK)
– All payments via secure GoPay gateway
– Cash on delivery may delay shipping, prepayment is faster
