Shipping Policy

Thanks for riding with EPY 💜
Our products fall into 2 categories: ready to ship and pre-order pieces. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible, so here’s a quick breakdown:

Ready to ship

We need max 2 business days to process and ship.
But often, if you order a stock item before 12:00 noon on a business day, we can get it out the same day.

Pre-order

This one’s a bit trickier. Shipping takes 1–15 business days. Always check the product description for details.

If you need a more specific delivery estimate, hit us up at shop@epyclub.com or DM us on Instagram @epyclub. We usually reply within 24 hours.

Responsibility for packages

Once the package is handed over to the carrier (Packeta / Zásilkovna, etc.), it’s out of our hands.
But if something goes wrong, we’ll help with tracking and filing a claim.

Important

Under EU law, you’ve got the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. We’re giving you 30 days 😉.
