Returns & Refunds

General info

Thanks for shopping with us. If you’re not happy with your order, you can withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving your package.

Didn’t fit, or wrong gift? No stress – just fill out our online return form and let us know the reason (optional, but it helps us improve).

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. If you need another size or variant:

  1. Fill out the form and request a refund.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

💸 Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and approve your return.

How to return

Have ready:

  • your order number,

  • your bank account / IBAN,

  • return reason (optional but appreciated).

Steps:

  1. Fill out the online form.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions by e-mail.

  3. Send the item back following the instructions.

❌ Don’t include paper forms – everything is digital (save the planet 🌍).

Basic rules

We can’t accept a return if:

  • the damage was caused by incorrect use,

  • it’s mechanical damage (broken, cracked, scratched, etc.).

We only take responsibility for defects present at delivery or that appear during the warranty period.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • personalized items,

  • hygiene/cosmetic products,

  • flammables or hazardous materials,

  • discounted items and gift cards,

  • food, plants, and other perishable goods.

👉 Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. It can only be claimed if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If your order was delivered within the EU, you legally have the right to return it within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions: the product must be unused, unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return:

  • we’ll notify you if the refund is approved,

  • money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days,

  • your bank may take extra time to process it.

If more than 15 business days pass since approval and you don’t see the refund, contact us.
